Your order will be dispatched in 1-3 working days after purchase or at our earliest convenience. Weekends do not fall into a working day.
You will receive a tracking number via e-mail which you can use to track your order - please check jump/spam.
Additional Shipping Information:
The customer takes full liability for customs & import duties and handling fees.
The customer is responsible for customs & import duties to international countries.

Returns & Exchanges:
As a small independent business, we can only accept returns in the event that an item arrives damaged or not as described. We provide detailed measurements in our listings, so we encourage you to review these before making a purchase to ensure the perfect fit.
All international sales are final and not eligible for return/exchange unless you receive an incorrect or faulty item.
We try our best to describe and photograph the actual condition of all items and any flaws will be shown.
UK returns must be made available within 14 days of the original purchase and must arrive in the same condition the items were sent. Customers are liable for any shipping costs.
Items can also be exchanged within this 14 day period for something else.
