This shirt is incredibly rare. A player issue, long sleeve, Newcastle United 2001 home shirt, with the NTL sponsor on rhe face of it and signed by the whole squad at that time including Alan Shearer on the middle left.
The shirt came directly from adidas to the club with each player's specifications, this one seems to have been for Gary Speed, it has an annotation on the back of the tags which implies this and is his size.
There were subtle differences in the player shirts compared to the fan replicas. The main one being the inner beading was missing for player shirts where the neck sits.
It looks like it’s been worn, as to match worn I don’t know so I’ve stated it as not. Although it makes sense as this wasn’t worn after the signatures were signed.
